ALL RECEPTIONS INCLUDE EXCLUSIVE VENUE HIRE FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR EVENT

Every wedding and every couple is unique; at Woodville we are committed to working

with you to tailor a package that fits your budget and requirements.

5 Hour Venue fee is $50pp* Based on 55 - 95 Guests

6 Hour Venue fee is $60pp* Based on 55 - 95 Guests

7 Hour Venue fee is $70pp* Based on 55 - 95 Guests

* For weddings with less than 55 or more than 95 guests POA

Please make an appointment with our functions co-ordinator to discuss your wedding and obtain a personalised quote

*We do not have a minimum guest number, but surcharges may apply to smaller weddings in busy seasons

Our curfew is 11.30pm Friday & Saturdays & 10.30pm Sunday - Thursday

 

CATERING

 

You will find a list of caterers we recommend on our links page, however you are free to choose a catering company of your choice.

 

BEVERAGES

 

BYO  is available or alternatively we provide  fully inclusive  Beverage Packages.

Bar staff, glassware, ice and refrigeration are included in the fees above.

 

  All the items listed below are included at Woodville

. Ceremony  -  in All Saints Chapel or Outdoors (extra setup fee applies to Outdoor ceremonies)

. Chairs & Tables set out in the gardens during interlude between ceremony & reception

 . Exclusive Use of All Saints Gardens, The Hall & Air Conditioned Marquee on The Deck -

  • Reception hosted in the Hall/Marquee

    • Reverse cycle air conditioning to marquee and hall

    • Fairy lights and Sky Garden frame in marquee

    • Easel & Frame for your table seating plan

    • Complete setup/pack down & clean-up of the following items -

    • Banquet tables - round, square or banquet rows (timber trestles  available*)

    • White Tiffany Chairs - chair sashes included if required (chair covers available in white or black*)

    • Table Centrepieces from our range (florals and pillar candles not included)

    • Bridal Table dressed with skirting or linen floor length cloths

    • Tealight votives with candles for tables

    • Fairy light backdrop behind bridal table

    • Wishing well

    • Choice of Barrell or French Provincial glass table for display of your cake

    • Crisp white linen tablecloths and napkins - also available in black (other colours available*)

    • Tables dressed with Cutlery & Crockery (vintage plate collection  available)

    • Lectern for speeches

    • PA speaker with cordless mic for speeches ( suitable for bluetooth music)

    • Complimentary use of our cake knife

    • Lanterns with candles set out on pathways

    • Tea & Coffee station (self serve)

    • Your cake sliced onto platters and placed on table with berry coullis & chantilly cream (self serve)

    • RSA certified Bar Staff

    • Glassware

    • Ice and refrigeration of your beverages

  • Photo Booth - includes props, 2 x copies of each photo, album & usb - FROM $450

  • Candy/Dessert Bar - includes tablecloths, table skirting, jars, scoops & decoration $100       (confectionery not included)

KIS Weddings

 

These packages are available Sunday to Thursday for small “low key” weddings

from 3 to 4 hours duration and include

  • Ceremony either in the Chapel or  garden 

  • Reception Party in the Marquee
